Gift suggestion

This is a beautiful 10kt white gold ring with natural sapphires and diamonds. One blue, green, pink and yellow sapphire. Also there are 4 round cut diamonds. Helzberg diamonds is where it can be found. This would be such a pretty "right-hand" ring. I would wear it on my middle finger.
