My something new and blue

It's a Neti Pot. I couldn't figure out how to put the YouTube instructional video on here (which is hilarious by the way, check it out!) I tried it for the first time tonight. It was weird!! I'll post my progress in the up coming days to let you know how my nasal passages are benefiting from it.
So far, I still feel just as stuffy.
